Rocket Angel Miniature Action figure Made with Paper and Glue

I don't know when I started getting addicted to making miniature paper craft action figures. It's a kick seeing RTS units in the paper flesh on my display stand.

The Warhammer figures were a delight to make and play with but the smaller scale figures like the rocket Angel are difficult to make. The slender limbs at such a small size is difficult to make and add articulation to. However, after much trial and error, my first prototype is here.

Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain Venom Snake papercraft action figure

Here is the result of my latest endeavor.

A fully articulated and virtually seamless papercraft action figure of Big Boss as inspired by his look in Metal Gear Phantom Pain

Here is Snake in the middle of the crafting process. Still devoid of paint and missing a few appendages.

These are the pins of the joints that will eventually become the anchor for his arms and legs.

The paper mache shells of his arms and legs
Shoulder and elbow joints

This has really been a fun build and I am getting the process more and more streamlined.

Lion O paper craft action figure

This is my latest project. 80s kids will remember this character as the Lord of the Thundercats.

I've shifted from the 1/6 scale to 1 / 10 scale. The smaller 7 inch figures are easier to make and consumes less materials.

Still, they are big enough to have lots of details and make a pretty nice display piece.

The process is in the video below.

He's not done yet. I have to finish his arms and add armor and weapons.

Still have to make the sword of omens with the eye of Thundera.

( Update 18/02/2023)

Added a new video showing the complete action figure.

Enjoy!

Warhammer Papercraft Miniatures Squad update

I finished Three of my planned 5 man Space Marine Squad. The fifth one will be the commander. He will be armed with a powerful sword and Special Bolter Pistol

Enjoy the Video. I have more Warhammer models in the planning stage. A second Squad from a different chapter, Orks, Warhammer Drop Capsules, titan Mechs, marine infantry troops. There are so many cool units in Warhammer that it's a chore to chose sometimes. But the fun of making them and putting them in dioramas and as game pieces on a board game is just so much.

Warhammer 40k Papercraft micro action figures

I recently developed an interest in Warhammer action figures. Looking at the table top game pieces with their intricate design inspired me to make my own version of the in three inch scale.

Making them was not easy at first since vthey are so small. Articulation was a challenge but going tht the process of figuring it out was fun and seeing the result was satisfying.

I am planning to make an army of these with different designs and with vehicles and Mechs as well.

Deepsea King Papercraft

Please check out my new Papercraft action figure of the Deepsea King and Genos from One Punch Man

I shifted focus from 1/6 scale to 7 inch scale. Recently, I discovered the MacFarlane line of anime action figures and I decided to make my new figures in this scale.

There are several advantages to smaller action figures. They are easier to make and takes up less shelf space.  The seven inch line is just the right size and I have come to enjoy collecting and making figures in this scale.
